(Hina) - Standard & Poor's (S&P) on Friday downgraded
its long-term ratings on Croatia to 'BB' from 'BB+'. outlook on
Croatia from stable to negative, retaining the existing long term
rating of BB+ after downgrading the outlook on Croatia last week. The
outlook is stable, S&P said adding that Croatia's recession was likely
to continue for the sixth consecutive year
