SARAJEVO, Jan 18
(Hina) - The presidents of the seven most
influential parliamentary parties in Bosnia and Herzegovina, after a
negotiating round lasting more than 13 hours in Sarajevo, failed to
agree on the implementation of a European Court of Human Rights ruling
in the Sejdic-Finci case, which is the European Union's requirement
for the country's progress on the European path.
