ZAGREB, Dec 18
(Hina) - Discussions and disputes over the case of
Josip Perkovic, a former Yugoslav and Croatian intelligence agent
wanted in Germany for the 1983 killing of a Yugoslav dissident in
Bavaria, have been intensified since it became obvious that the
Croatian parliament would not vote on constitutional changes, with one
of them lifting the statute of limitation for first-degree murders, by
the end of this year.
