Speaking to the press, he said the conclusions mentioned only January as the date for Serbia but that Greece, as president of the Council of the EU in the first half of 2014, had announced that the first inter-governmental conference on accession would be held of January 21.
The ministers also adopted a negotiating framework for Serbia which requires tangible results in the normalisation of relations with Kosovo, namely that Serbia sign a legally binding agreement on an integral normalisation of relations with Kosovo before the end of the association process.
