BELGRADE, Dec 2
(Hina) - The biggest loser in local elections in
Kosovo seems to be the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) led by the
incumbent Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, which lost four towns where it
had been in power, while the Civil Initiative "Srpska" supported by
the government of Serbia won the polls in nine out of ten
Serb-populated municipalities in northern and central Kosovo,
according to the preliminary results of the second round of the vote
on Sunday.
