(Hina) - Local elections in Kosovo were proceeding on
Sunday morning in a charged atmosphere with sporadic incidents, while
local Serb officials assessed that the campaign for boycotting the
polls, launched by some Opposition parties in Serbia and Serb
radicals, failed as the turnout of Serbs at polling stations was
high.
