BELGRADE, Oct 27
(Hina) - Serbian Minister in charge of Kosovo,
Aleksandar Vulin, on Saturday criticised Kosovo's authorities after
they issued a warrant for his arrest accusing him of having illegally
entered Kosovo, stressing that this was an attempt from Pristina to
deter Serbs from turning out for local elections, set for 3 November
in Kosovo, the Serbian media reported on Saturday evening.
