(Hina) - Minister of Foreign and European Affairs on
Wednesday said that the government had not discussed a possible
increase in Value Added Tax (VAT), the reduction of salaries or
dismissals but that it had considered how to resolve the serious
deficit problem by boosting production instead of raising taxes.
