MOSTAR, June 27
(Hina) - The parliament of the Bosnian Serb entity,
Republika Srpska (RS), on Thursday adopted a declaration according to
which the 1992 - 1995 war in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been
characterised as a civil war, calling for proceedings to be instigated
into crimes allegedly committed against Serbs by the Croatian army in
Bosnia and Herzegovina.
