(Hina) - The European Court Human Rights on
Thursday definitely rejected a complaint by the Mothers of Srebrenica
NGO questioning the responsibility of Dutch peacekeepers during the
massacre committed in the eastern Bosnian town of Srebrenica in 1995
by Serb soldiers, with the court assessing their UN immunity as
legitimate and unanimously declaring the application inadmissible.
