KARLOVAC, May 7
(Hina) - Mirko Norac, a war crimes convict, will
launch a lawsuit to prove that he can't be held responsible for war
damage compensation if the state tries to shift this responsibility
onto him in the case of three victims who have been, under a ruling of
the Ogulin municipal court, granted the right to seek damages in the
aggregate amount of HRK 491,000, Norac's lawyer Vlatko Nuic told Hina
on Tuesday.
