ZAGREB, April 30
(Hina) - Associations for protecting human rights
and dealing with the past on Tuesday said in a press release that even
18 years after the military-police Operation Flash, which led to the
reintegration of occupied territory in western Slavonia into Croatia's
constitutional and legal order and the return of refugees to their
homes, not all war crimes had been solved, particularly the murder of
civilians in the village of Medari.
