ZAGREB, April 15
(Hina) - The trial chamber in the case against
war-time assistant interior minister Tomislav Mercep has decided not
to question former member of the reserve police force Miro Bajramovic,
who was the first to report to the media about the crimes committed in
Pakracka Poljana, but has recently rejected to turn up in court to
testify and has been hiding from the police.
