LJUBLJANA, April 19
(Hina) - Slovenia's Agriculture Minister Dejan
Zidan has said that Teran (or Terrano) wine, made of grapes cultivated
in Slovenia's Kras region, has obtained the protected geographical
status in compliance with the European Union's regulations, and he
also insists that Croatia's Teran wine cannot be sold in Slovenia or
other countries as it has not been covered by that EU quality scheme.
