(Hina) - In the trial against Tomislav Mercep for
murder, torture and looting of Serb civilians in 1991, a witness
testified that on 18 October 1991 her husband had gone to pick up his
pay in Kutina but never returned. Later she heard that that same day
he had been tortured and executed in Pakracka Poljana.
