MOSTAR, March 15
(Hina) - The Bosnian State Court has upheld an
indictment against two former members of the Bosniak Army of Bosnia
and Herzegovina for crimes against Croat and Serb civilians and
detainees in the Konjic area during the 1992-95 war, the court said on
Friday.
Osman Brkan and Ibro Macic are charged with killing four Serb women aged 78-84 in Blace village in June 1992. The women's remains have not been found.
Macic is also charged with torturing Croat and Serb detainees in Konjic from April to October 1993.
