The October contract held above 11.45, under which level fund liquidation could pressure the contract to 11.25, dealers said. They put resistance at 11.75 basis October, adding that prices are not likely to make a major move out of the current range amid a dearth of fundamental news. The October contract closed down 0.02 cent a lb to 11.64, having ranged from 11.65 to 11.53.
