Traders said the implications of weather developments in a number of important Northern Hemisphere producing countries also remained under close scrutiny. In the circumstances, mill demand in most parts of Europe was essentially of a price-testing nature, directed mainly toward the popular African 'Franc Zone' styles, for shipment during the first half of next year. Those with more pressing requirements to cover enquired for various Mediterranean origins, and for Central Asian.
