SPLIT, April 19 (Hina) - Split police last Saturday apprehended two members of the Belgian Stabilisation Force (SFOR) battalion after they attempted to pay their bill in a McDonald's restaurant in Split with a counterfeit 100 kuna
note. After the police confiscated the note, Phillipe M.A. Battalie (aged 35) and Anna Maria A. Gijebels (aged 25) said they did not know where they had received it, since they had been shopping in Split, Dubrovnik, Sibenik and Trogir over the past few days.
