(Hina) - Shareholders of Croatia's oil and gas group
INA held an extraordinary general shareholders' assembly on Tuesday in
Zagreb at which they appointed three new members of the company's
nine-member supervisory board, nominated by the Croatian government
and re-appointed the five members who sit at the board as
representatives of Hungary's oil and gas group MOL, for a term of four
years.
