ZAGREB, Nov 9
(Hina) - The Croatian Defence Council (HVO) in Bosnia
and Herzegovina was a constituent element of the Croatian defence and
the status of HVO members should be regulated by laws and through
institutions and bilateral agreements so as to prevent possible abuse
of veterans' rights and entitlements, it was said at a round table
discussion in Zagreb on Friday on whether the HVO was part of
Croatia's defence or not.
