Foreign exhibitors have come from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, and Hungary.
The event was opened by Assistant Crafts and Enterprise Minister Stjepan Koraj.
Local officials said the current agricultural policy did not help farmers and that local government often encountered red tape problems.
The president of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, Dragutin Ranogajec, said the current crisis was not the only cause of negative trends, warning about high taxes and a lack of financial discipline.
