ZAGREB, Nov 6
(Hina) - The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has
ruled that the Republic of Slovenia is liable for the payback of "old"
foreign-currency savings to clients of Ljubljanska Banka outside
Slovenia and that the Republic of Serbia is liable for the payback of
such savings to clients of Investbanka outside Serbia, the Croatian
government said on its website on Tuesday.
