Speaking to the press, he said that without those investments there was no improvement, higher salaries or lower unemployment, adding that austerity measures alone could not renew the economy.
Lesar criticised banks and investment funds for not shouldering with citizens and the industry the burden of the crisis at all.
He said the central bank continued to implement a monetary policy that did not follow the efforts being undertaken by the executive authority.
"I'm extremely sorry there is no discussion about this in parliament, because Prime Minister (Zoran) Milanovic simply loathes parliament and doesn't want those topics to be discussed there," he said
