Moon took part in a discussion on the situation in Bosnia, announcing that the United States Embassy to Bosnia will organise a conference with non-governmental organisations in early 2013 to begin talks on how to reform the Federation.
Moon said the goal would be to make the Federation more efficient and less bureaucratic for the purpose of development and prosperity of all citizens.
Citing diplomatic sources, Bosnian media reported earlier the plan of the US campaign was to reduce the number of the Federation's cantons and clearly define the powers of the entity and the cantons.
