(Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Prosecutor's Office believes that provisional
release granted to General Slobodan Praljak should be quashed given
that the ICTY Registrar announced that Praljak had to reimburse the
tribunal for over EUR3 million in legal expenses, as an investigation
had shown that Praljak had enough funds to pay for his defence on his
own, the ICTY reported on Wednesday.
