ZAGREB, July 25
(Hina) - The Zelena Lista environmentalist
nongovernmental organisation on Wednesday reiterated its vociferous
opposition to the government's decision to give a go-ahead to the plan
to build a coal-based thermal power plant in the Istrian town of
Plomin although Deputy Prime Minister Radimir Cacic pledged that this
800-million-euro project would have the highest environment protection
standards.
