(Hina) - The Supreme Court reduced by five months a
15-month prison sentence for former Deputy Prime Minister and Economy
Minister Damir Polancec for the payment of HRK 500,000 to Vukovar
lawyer Petar Miletic for an unnecessary expert study. According to the
final ruling, the lawyer's 12-month prison term has been cut to eight
months, and the two should pay back this amount into the state
budget.
