Gaspar was also banned from working as a judge for five years and the EUR 25,000 was seized.
The crime was committed in March 2008.
ZAGREB, March 29
(Hina) - The Zagreb County Court on Thursday
sentenced Commercial Court Judge Barisa Gaspar to 22 months'
imprisonment pending appeal for taking EUR 25,000 in bribes and fixing
bar exams, while six other people were given suspended sentences
ranging from four to eight months' imprisonment with probation ranging
from two to three years.
