Director Josipa Jutt Ferlan said on Monday that as of this year, the hotel was the first in Croatia to be classified as a heritage hotel.
The average annual occupancy rate is 64 per cent, which is above the Zagreb average.
In 2011, the Palace saw an 11 per cent increase in revenues, a 25 per cent increase in operating profit and a 34 per cent increase in net profit.
The Palace is located in downtown Zagreb, has 118 luxury rooms, three suites and two semi-suites, a total of 170 beds, two restaurants, and several conference halls.
