ZAGREB, March 14
(Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for
the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has granted a prosecution motion to amend
the indictment against former Croatian Serb rebel leader Goran Hadzic,
which specifies his responsibility within a joint criminal enterprise
and corrects minor typographical and structural errors, ordering the
prosecution to file a second amended indictment by March 22, the
Hague-based tribunal announced on Wednesday.
