ZAGREB, March 7
(Hina) - The evidence presented during the trial
proves beyond doubt that Serbian Radical Party leader Vojislav Seselj
participated in and instigated the persecution and forcible relocation
of Croats from the village of Hrtkovci in the Serbian province of
Vojvodina, prosecutor Lisa Biersay said in her closing arguments
before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia
(ICTY) in The Hague on Wednesday.
