(Hina) - The owner of the Traubi International
company, Salomon Berkowitz, said on Friday his company had met all
conditions from a tender for the privatisation of Dalmacijavino and
was willing to sign an agreement to take over the Split-based beverage
producer, but that a request from the Croatian agency for the
management of state property showed that someone wanted to undermine
the deal.
