(Hina) - French Ambassador to Croatia Jerome Pasquier
said on Friday after meeting the mayor of Pula, Boris Miletic, that
Pula and the Istria region would have much greater opportunities for
investment and opening up to Europe after Croatia joined the European
Union, while Miletic called on citizens to take part in the January 22
EU entry vote and support Croatia's accession to the EU.
