$ OF SECOND ANNIVERSARY OF VUKOVAR TRAGEDY
ZAGREB, Nov 18 (Hina) - The Croatian Government's Office for the
Displaced Persons and Refugees recollects the second anniversary of
the Vukovar tragedy in its statement issued on Thursday and it
stresses the fact that about 30 thousand residents of Vukovar were
expelled from their town. The statements appeals that all kinds of
aid should be offered to the displaced persons, expelled from that
Croatian town two years ago. "That Croatian largest displaced
community has not been given for two years the clear prospects for
possibilities to return to Vukovar or when the return may happen,"
reads the statement issued by the Croatian Government' s Office for
the Displaced Persons and Refugees.
