SPLIT, Jan 13
(Hina) - The Split County Prosecutor's Office has
issued an indictment against a former commander of the Kuline military
prison in Sibenik, Damir Borsic, and military police officer Milorad
Paic, on suspicion of war crimes against civilians detained in that
prison, the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor said on its web site
on Friday, stating only the indictees' initials.
