(Hina) - The Belgrade Appeals Court's war crimes
chamber has quashed a ruling which sentenced four former Croatian Serb
paramilitaries to 12 years' imprisonment each for war crimes against
civilians - the murder of the five-member Rakic family in Licki Osik
in October 1991.
