VINKOVCI, Jan 3
(Hina) - A total of 1,114 illegal migrants were
caught by the Vukovar-Srijem police while trying to illegally cross
from Serbia or from Bosnia and Herzegovina into Croatia during 2011,
which was 218 percent more than the 350 foreigners captured in 2010 by
the police in this eastern Croatian county bordering Serbia and
Bosnia, the local police told a news conference in Vinkovci on
Tuesday.
