ZAGREB, Nov 4 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman last night
received in Zagreb the Russian special envoy and Contact Group for
Bosnia-Herzegovina member, ambassador Aleksandar Ivanovich Zotov,
the President's office said in a statement.
President Tudjman stressed the importance of Russia's
constructive role in resolving the crisis. He said he appreciated
the Russian recognition of Croatia's sovereignty and territorial
integrity and Russia's support towards solving the problem on the
Serb minority within Croatia.
President Tudjman emphasized that after three years of
negotiations Croatia would not tolerate the stalling of talks.
Croatia will not accept the extension of the UNPROFOR's
mandate if UNPROFOR does not start to implement UN Security Council
resolutions on the reintegration of the occupied Croatian areas
until 20 December, the President said.
