ZAGREB, Sep 14 (Hina) - The Croatian Association of Trade Unions
(HUS) today issued a statement saying that the Croatian Government
is repeatedly trying to avoid Croatian trade unions, as one of
social partners, by putting in the Parliament's procedure bills on
the law on labour, the law on employment and the law on changes of
labour relations act, without discussing them at the economic-
social council.
Bills on the law on changes of labour relations act and the
law on employment propose annulling the purchase of years of
service.
The Croatian Association of Trade Unions will do everything to
protect interests of its members through institutions and the
constitutional state, including all methods of unions' activities,
said the statement.
