ZAGREB, Sep 5 (Hina) - Delegations of the Croatian and Bosnian
governments, led by Prime Ministers Nikica Valentic and Haris
Silajdzic, held a meeting in Zagreb today.
The delegations brought views on more efficacious
implementation of the Croat-Bosniac Federation's Constitution to
the accord.
After the meeting, Silajdzic told journalists that the speed
of establishing the Federation was not satisfactory. He added that
the issue would be solved in an open, friendly and constructive
manner.
Valentic stressed there were many problems which should be
jointly solved, but the implementation of the Washington agreements
and a definition of relations between Croats and Bosniacs in
Bosnia-Herzegovina were of the greatest importance.
Valentic reiterated the delegations' view that the only
solution to the problem of refugees from Velika Kladusa was their
return.
