SERBS FROM UNPA OPEN TANK FIRE AT BIHAC

ZAGREB, Sep 2 (Hina) - Heavy fighting's continuing between the Bosnian army in the Moslem enclave of Bihac and Serbs from Bosnia and Croatia, said UNPROFOR officials in Zagreb on Friday. Yesterday the Bosnian Serbs continued to attack along the Una River at the southern end of the pocket, with 534 detonations reported. Meanwhile Serb terrorists from UNPA North were attacking from the west. Tensions rose after the Serbs moved two T-55 tanks into the demilitarized zone between Croatia and Bihac. UN Ukrainian soldiers tried to stop the tanks from entering the zone, but were forced to let them pass when the Serbs threatened to blow up the peacekeepers' observation post.
