MOSTAR, Sept 1 (Hina) - President of the newly-created Federation
of Bosnia-Herzegovina and president of Herzeg-Bosnian presidential
council, Kresimir zubak, today told Mostar radio that Bosnian
Croats would soon have a national agenda.
"We have already started drafting a national agenda which will
provide for long-term protection of the interests and rights of
Bosnian Croats," Zubak said, speaking in his role as president of
the council, the most authoritative government body of the
Croatian-dominated southern Bosnia.
Zubak warned against individual refugees deciding to return to
their homes in an "unorganised and haphazard way." He said the
conditions for the safe return of all refugees have not been
created yet.
