ZAGREB, Nov 30
(Hina) - The Croatian Interior Ministry said late on
Tuesday evening that the Constitutional Court's decision to quash a
decision by the Zagreb County Court on launching an investigation
against and placing in custody Josip Boljkovac on the suspicion that
he is responsible for war crimes committed in 1945 "does not mean that
charges are being dropped or that there will be no further criminal
procedure."
