VUKOVA GORICA, Nov 2
(Hina) - Josip Boljkovac is suspected of war
crimes committed by Montenegrin troops within the Partizan units of
the Communist-led Yugoslav forces in May 1945 in Duga Resa,
Boljkovac's lawyer Anto Nobilo said on Wednesday labelling the ongoing
investigation into his client as shameful as Boljkovac, according to
Nobilo, did not command those troops so he could not be held
accountable according to the command responsibility.
