SARAJEVO, May 16 (Hina) - An implementation of the Vienna agreement
cannot be carried out only by the government and a certain number
of people in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bosnian Prime Minister said last
night in Sarajevo upon his return from Geneva. According to him,
the issue on the return of refugees, which is the most difficult
problem, will be the first issue to be solved.
Commenting on the Vienna talks, Silajdzic said that the most
difficult thing was to reach an agreement on cantonal boundaries.
Both sides made great efforts towards reaching of a compromise,
Silajdzic said. He stated that the most important element of the
Vienna talks was an agreement on establishing of two joint
cantons.
Talking about a statement by the Contact Group from Geneva,
Silajdzic said that the international community did not give
guarantees that the next round of negotiations would differ from
the previous rounds.
