ZAGREB, Apr 15 (Hina) - UNHCR has been denied clearance for the
passage of relief convoys through Serb-controlled parts of Bosnia-
Herzegovina, UNHCR spokesman Peter Kessler told reporters on
Friday.
UNHCR had planned to resume relief transports through Bosnian-
controlled territory today, as no aid has reached Bosnia since the
NATO air strike on Serb positions at Gorazde, Kessler said.
He said aid transports to Srebrenica, Zepa and Gorazde would
have priority, and shipments to Banja Luka, Doboj and Derventa were
also envisaged. He added that for the moment Gorazde could not be
reached because of tank fighting at Ustipraca.
Kessler said the UNHCR would again try to obtain clearance on
Monday.
