RADIC VISITS SESVETE

ZAGREB, April 14 (Hina) - Head of the Croatian Presidential office and general secretary of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) Jure Radic visited Sesvete today. A military ammunition dump exploded on 7 April in Sesvete, the eastern suburb of Zagreb, wounding 17 persons. Six persons were reported missing, and extensive material damage inflicted on the surrounding residential sections. Radic visited the section "Little Bosnia", which suffered most during a series of explosions in the military ammunition dump. Afterwards, Radic held a meeting with Sesvete officials. He informed them about efforts of the HDZ general secretary's office made towards finding sponsors for a reconstruction of seriously damaged houses. 141527 MET apr 94
