MEDJUGORJE, Mar 4 (HABENA/Hina) - Members of the Croatian and
Moslem commission on POW's resumed talks, under last week exchange
agreement, at the base of the UNPROFOR Spanish Battalion in
Medjugorje today, reported HABENA referring to a statement
by head of the Herzeg-Bosnian Office for POW's Berislav Pusic.
The agreement envisages the release of 380 Moslems detained in
Rodoc, 293 Croats detained in Bugojno and 70 Croats from the
eastern part of Mostar.
The Moslem members of the commission said today in the
presence of the ICRC and UNPROFOR Spanish Battalion officials that
they did not receive yet consent of the Sarajevo authorities for
the exchange of Croats detained in Bugojno.
The talks will be resumed when Moslem negotiators receive the
Sarajevo authorities'consent for the exchange, said the source.
