ARKAN AND ZIRINOVSKI SIGN AGREEMENT ON MILITARY COOPERATION

BELGRADE, Feb 4 (Hina) - Leader of the Party for Serbian Unity, bandit with an international warrant for arrest and war criminal Zeljko Raznatovic Arkan, momentarily the most influential Milosevic's political figure, and the European representative of the Russian ultra nationalist Vladimir Zirinovski Aleksej Ivanovic Vidnjekin, announced today in Belgrade that they signed an interparty agreement on political, military and other lesser cooperation. According to Radio Beograd, the press conference revolved mostly around "secret electronic weapons" which, in Arkan's words, "should serve as a factor for security in the Serbian Republic of B-H and the Serbian Republic of Krajina (in Croatia)". The arms which allegedly arrived from Russia were described by Vidnjekin as "potent and lethal weapons generated by fusion of protons and neutrons at very high temperatures". 042054 MET feb 94
